I fasted for about 18 days and did not have good results at all. For a few days had increased energy but then as I got about a week into was just feeling weak and sick. Took me months and months to fully recover my energy, none of the short term health benefits lasted long-term. Now I realize that my body type is not meant to do long water fasts, other people can do them and feel great during and afterwards. Best to pay attention to your body, if you are losing muscle and feeling weak then it is time to end the fast. Some people can fast and keep most of there muscle and feel great, for me the muscle just starts melting off as soon as I start fasting and if visible muscle is decreasing, then also organs that rely on muscle tissue are also losing strength. Sorry I am not encouraging for you but maybe you will have great results if you have a body type with a strong build, good luck.
