Im pretty new to Iodine myself. Ive only been taking 50mg iodarol for about 4 months. Ill prolly take the loading test in a couple more months and see where I am at.
Ive been a big proponent of supplements for quite some time but when I started to collect some fat around the belly I started to look for what else I may be missing. Iodine, like many minerals is crucial for so much thats its going to be a mainstay for me for sure.
