Welcome to the club sasha1000! General doctors are very badly educated about this issue. And most of them don't believe in them unless you have been to tropics. ROFL! What they don't know is that you just reduced the risk but it's very real to get infected by them outside of the tropics (EU & USA, etc). NHS almost never find anything in stool LOL! How long to get cured? It dep on the parasite and if they went systemic or not.
