Yep agreed. BUT this is a monster.
So many issues to consider. Individual response, sources and responses, evaluations, role of nutrient dense foods, environmental factors etc etc
Some have looked at this. Does anyone have a considered and reasoned views? Should we try to set a framework to develop this paradigm. Would a framework be of any value?
What role demographics?
Should this be the task for each individual?
Need we be more aware of the work of Carey Reams? Is that sort of "simple" analysis important?
