Differentiating the supplements
The supplements we take with iodine, the co factors, all fine IMO.
Some at this board advocate vitamin D with it, I do not; reason is it may cause symptoms that may make
Iodine look as the cause, as it mimics hyper T;
"1. Pounding/rapid heart beat
2. Anxiety elevated"

This is similar to what I experienced with vit D a few years ago, so I stay as far as I can from it.
We have had some discussions about vit D; this is not what I want with this post, others have no problems, but benefits of it.
We just have to know about the minefield of supplements, differentiate whats causing what, good or bad.
