Re: after diagnosis, then what

I was given the clonazepam for anxiety. had been on Zoloft for years and it seems to have pooped out after having H-pylori and SIBO.
so have gone from 1.25mgs to 1mg to .75mgs

next taper will only be 1-10% cuts, because of w/d
I do believe that part of the AF is from the meds thus the taper.

this Dr. does have several degrees. wouldn't have gone to him otherwise but I feel like its crazy to tell someone to take something when on the bottle itself it says NOT TO!!!!
blood test I was low on cortisol so now I am going to do the saliva test tomorrow and wait to get results from that.

just want to know if I should continue seeking help from the medical field or if I can combat this on my own.
Dr. said this could take over 6 months to resolve so not to be impatient.
