Inappropriately Touched

Hello! This is my first post! So, here goes.

I am a thirteen year old girl and my father touches me inappropriately. I feel really guilty because I LET him because if I stop him, I feel like it might hurt his feelings and our close relationship.

I just want him to hug me and other fatherly actions, but not this!

He's a great person. I know he is, but what do I do? Please help me! I feel like if I keep letting this happen, he'll go even further and rape me! I'm also too scared to speak up because he said that if anyone found out, he would be put in jail.

I don't want that to happen, but I want him to stop. Can anyone tell me what to tell him?
