The problem is that many supplements supply magnesium which the organisms inside a biofilm can use to rebuild it. I have not yet found a Nattokinase supplement that has no magesium sterate in it. Solaray certainly does. Using commercial supplements with mag sterate will not help you.

Another problem is that attempting to treat this yourself is making the organisms stronger if you don't deal with it 100% correctly! Using quorum sensing inhibitors is pretty much essential to help prevent the organisms adapting to anything you throw at them which they are doing ATM. Any you kill will adapt their DNA so they are not vulnerable to the same anti bacterial/fungal substances which makes them stronger. Also, the longer it goes on the denser the biofim becomes and the harder it is to defeat it.

My problem is also a biofilm but I do not know what organisms are inside it. I have no reason to believe that Candida is a problem for me unless there is any hyphal candida inside the biofilm but that is only a guess.

I have hyper permeability of my stomach and I believe that is being caused by 3 biofilms which are maintaining the permeability on the right hand side of my stomach. I did have achlorhydria but it has since improved with the help of malic acid and other supplements such as Methyl B12. My pituitary gland function is affected which affects my whole hormonal system including my thyroid.

I use N-Acetyl Cysteine pure powdered form not in any capsules. It is fairly expensive but much cheaper than buying capsules. I spent about £50 on 1000grams of the stuff from Tradeingredients which was the best price I could find.

I would recommend you stop using capsules and buy it in powdered form. I would like to find a supplier of powdered nattokinase/serrapeptase or lumbrokinase. I do know of some lumbrokinase capsules which contains no magnesium so that is an option but it is more expensive than nattokinase.

Check out Monolaurin/lauricidin which are the free fatty acids from coconut which are very strong anti fungal/yeast/bacteria.
