I think it is most likely related to fluid and electrolyte imbalance which is variable in people with Gilberts and can be particularly bad around menstruation. It is more likely the Epsom Salts rather than the flush potion that caused the distress.

You can take milder route by using another protocol: the Dave Frahm is often used by people with sensitiveties. You could also alter the dose of the Epsom Salts and the liver-flush potion can be halved and still produce an effective flush. Tweet
