Extreme reaction to liver flush - have Gilbert's syndrome, CFS & Glandular - worried!

I really don't know what's behind this as my illness is so multi-faceted but last night, night after liver flush, I began violently hurling/dry retching all night. Had had extreme nausea the night of flush & didn't sleep all night despite taking 8 ornithine & my regular klonopin for insomnia. I had a colonic yesterday after it but literally nothing came out, however I had explosive diarrhea (sorry) before & after it. Last night the extreme nausea began. I've done about 6 Liver Flushes before & despite always feeling terrible after it's never been this bad. I did it because my Gilbert's syndrome came back- bilirubin is back up at 20- however I also have glandular fever & cfs/me, hypothyroidism, burnt out adrenals & low blood pressure etc.

Read that there can be adverse reactions between grapefruit & some drugs - klonopin is one of these. But worried though, was one of worst nights of my life & I've had some bad ones. Want to keep doing Liver Flushes as I feel they helped my Gilbert's syndrome but feel like I might be playing with fire if I do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
