I remember the days when my lip skin used to peel like sheets. From that condition to no peeling I would consider this as being cured. Coming to moisturising lips 3-6 times, I used to moisturize before and my lip skin used to peel and now I moisturize and my lip skin doesn't peel. I tried not to use any moisturizers in summer I just felt dry lips. But now the temperatures here are below minus 10.
