Bepanthen makes your lips shiny after it seeps in, or if you're like me and put a lot, it makes your lips all white. If I recall, you're not supposed to use petroleum jelly on your lips, so thats probably the reason. How much of the Bepanthen do you put on? And why do you use it so much if you don't need it?
