Could be a number of different parasites or bacteria but I think with bacteria that WBC would be elevated. Do the test and see what comes back if not look at the links listed on the next post for other labs.
Paragone most likely will not kill protozoa you need different things for that, preferably drugs. Panexea Gut Bugs or Satveda's
ParaCleaner would be a better choice.
