im so young and active...and genetics are tall and lean...so weight should never be an issue for me
i have been 210 pounds before..but i was young and stupid in college, eating protein shakes trying to bulk up...thats probably what led me to hy health issues...college diet and bad eating
im around 170 pounds now...but i will juice fast until i hit 164-165...then i will eat fruits..then get back into eating other foods...i can gain or lose 10 pounds within 2-3 days easily
any juicing is better than none...so your doing great!
