in 16 oz MB cup: 1t Bee Pollen 1/4c Raw cashews 1t Chia seeds Grind until coarse meal. add: 1 Large or 2 small orgnaic swiss chard leaves 1/2 Broccoli head and stems (1/4-1/2c) 1T Flax seed oil Fill cup to 1/2 way with organic apple juice Blend until smooth. add: 1 whole organic pear (I had to drink some before it would all fit!!) Blend until smooth. *NOTE: light rich taste.
