Regrowing one's foreskin with iodine

First, if this topic offends you, please simply stay away.

A few months ago, some random unknown person posted a thread on GLP claiming that he regrew his foreskin by coating the scar with Lugol's and then shrink-wrapping it to keep it hydrated, every day for months or years. Supposedly this resulted in a fully "functional" foreskin, as opposed to the stretched scar tissue that the popular stretching method apparently produces.

I would very much like to do this, but upon googling the idea, did not find any evidence that a single other person had ever attempted this. And as it not generally wise to do things suggested by random people on Conspiracy forums, it occurred to me that maybe the good folks here might be able to offer some insight on the validity of this theory.

I know trapper had mentioned regrowing wound-damaged skin with iodine, with little or no scar tissue, so the idea seems sound to me as far as it goes. It's the same concept, but to a much bigger degree. I fully believe that humans should be able to regrow lost body parts, salamander-style, if only all the missing "elements" were in place. Iodine seems to be one of the biggest of those missing things, but were I to try something like this, I would like to understand more about the mechanism of regrowth (do I remember correctly that Reich wrote about this topic, or am I confusing my esoteric literature?).

So I would like to optimize the Iodine delivery method, as well as the hydration method, and also determine if there are any other "missing elements" that might aid or speed up the regrowth process.

Lastly, if you want to debate about whether or not I'm crazy for even considering something like this, or talk about circumcision itself, this is not the place for that.
