40 days is best, after about 5 years I started never setting dates and just fast until I am done, could be 2 weeks, could be 2 months, I never know or set limits. I will do minimum of 2 weeks….

Weight? First year you loose the most, then each year you loose less and less as your BRAIN starts to believe the old medical that proved humans are
BREATH AIR IANS and not meat eaters…..our true weight , our true being is all a result of what we breathe, not what we eat or don't eat….

Eating is a learned habit and also a result of what the bible folks call a FALLEN WORLD in that our earth follows a perfect cycle and we are at the point where the sun's radiation is not perfect----

When the sun's radiation is perfect, all mammals live on air alone and nothing eats each other…….as the radiation becomes a problem, people and mammals all stop living as long and as they suffer from the radiation, they start eating to try to balance their radiation---the entire bible story is all about this and explains the history of the earth and there cycles..

They say we are at the end of the cycle, ready for jesus (rocks) to return, grab this planet and stretch the oceans and the mountains, kill all the humans and start all over once again where humans will live 1,000+ years old and live on air alone…

Scientist want to believe that 10% of the people will survive----had to laugh when the scientist openly say all those government under ground cities will be the first thing to collapse and kill everyone inside……..massive earth quakes and under ground cities just do not go together…

NASA says when you have no safelights, that means the rocks took them out and odds are if you were not watching TV at the bottom of a great pyramid, you won't have time to avoid a rock hitting your forehead just like the bible says will happen and THE BIBLE clearly describes the rats (evil people) hiding in under ground cities and specifically states everyone of them will die…

They believe a BIG ROCK can throw earth's crust clear to our moon and put holes on our moon…..SO if that ever happens, I would suggest 10% will not live, if anything, a handful in the pyramids will survive and start it all over again and if not, GOD simple will create a new human.

Hopefully we have a few more thousand years to enjoy earth as it is, but those like BRANHAM who believed in 100% predestination, say BILLY BRANHAM will live to see it all happen as LA the city of the LOST ANGELS slides down into the ocean…..and if that happens, THAT IS BAD NEWS for the earth and all life on it, because that means JESUS RETURNED..
