3 day salt flush and cold enemas and OJ.. whew! this will be tough! but will also start January 1…

"IF" you have fasted in the past, there is a good chance you can pass on the 3 day salt flush, "IF" you use plenty of LBB capsules. Same goes with the cool enemas, when LBB is used, it makes BOOK I orange juice fasting extremely simple….

If the Dr. back 100+ years ago had LBB, he could have changed the world…..

The enema works only as a water flush and is very upsetting to the entire elimination systems-----to flood the colon with water is opposite of what the colon does and certainly puts it into panic mode when the valve is forced open and a flood of water is forced in……
