Glad to hear so :)
There are few things I can think of about brain fog, but obviously, you can identify the culprits better.
The list goes: neck vertebra misalignment, hormonal imbalance (hormonal contraceptive in women), systemic candidiasis or any important inflammatory process, brain mediators imbalance- like in not enough tyrosine to produce serotonin, thyroid gland hypo-function, depressed mood, not enough sleep, exhaustion, bad sleep pattern (like in going to bed after 22 pm), parasites (including candida - you mention carbs; probiotic intake would be nice), aspartame, Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) (Dr Russell Blaylock on Youtube) and any other neuro-toxine/excitotoxin ... any deficiency, like vitamin B's ... and so on. I guess a solution would be more research and taking grasp of the cause ... please, tell us when you identify it and beat it :)
