It is good that you were not here when the forum started even just taking a few drops was a big deal .Everybody was experimenting. For 7 months I went as high as 6 drops Lugol's 5%. I do doctor's lab tests
every year but I just don't take prescription drugs if they are prescribed.
When I came to CZ more than 10 years ago I was on 7 prescription drugs and now on zero.
At that time no one took mega doses, I think Trapper started that later. And right now there is more importance
given to the supplements you need with iodine. Tweet
