Please tell me your experience with antidepressants

Lately we´ve been going to the psychologist (it happened, bad luck) and now I am going to be prescribed a medication for OCD. Now, medications for OCD are usually SSRI´s and other serotonin-altering drugs and my parents are saying this time I have to go with mainstream medicine because it´s been now three years "failing" with natural and alternative medicine. I fear our postures are irreconcilable until they know what these drugs really do, especially to someone with adrenal fatigue, leaky gut and thyroid problems. Damn, they give adrenal fatigue to healthy people!

Look, I know SRRI´s are very bad. My friend steve basically got a lot of his "chronic illness" from them. Even his face changed (to the worse), and his mental problems did not improve after wearing off the drugs. He got many new symptoms as well.

I need YOUR testimony of how psych drugs in general and SSRI´s/serotonin drugs in particular have made you worse or even made you start browsing CureZone at all.

Hey if you got better with that shit you can chime in too, no discrimination. Not that I expect anyone except of the shills and the odd exception. I know these drugs help sometimes but I am the guy that gets a panic attack from Valium so... Tweet
