I too havent got any succes with it. Maybe powder should help who knows. My liver is kind of blocked from toxins i believe triphala try to stimulate it but with no avail. parasites and candida are main reason plus bacteria.

Read on the net that should help tried different brands only extract.

Unfortunately Mg make me feel like being totally stucked nothing moved my bowels except clear water enema. No flax seed no aloe no slippery elm...Thanks for suggestions anyway :).
