Your body is very low (empty) Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), classic case. For quick relief get buffered one gram vitamin C tablets. Take 3 grams of ‘C’ and follow with one gram every waking hour. Continued until bowel tolerance, (voluntary diarrhea), your body is saturated. You have vitamin deficiency disease and need to build up your body up to a normal with multi-vitamin B and multi-mineral tablets twice a day and a vitamin D tablet twice a day for a week, then one a day.
