Re: My brother has lung cancer...

Hello.

I was grateful to see a post regarding small cell lung cancer.

My husband has just been diagnosed. He has gone through 3 rounds of Session One of chemo and has had some severe side effects.

His sister is a survivor of Breast Cancer and is completely free and clear to date.

It IS survivable.

Even my husband has a 10% chance but with God he has a 100% chance and well I know for as a child I was supposed "to die" according to the doctors.

"Whose report will you believe?"

As much as I loved my doctors as a little girl I always knew it was Jesus who had healed me.

So that is what I do now....direct people to the Great Physician who calmed the stormy seas with a command.

Right now............it's rough for my husband. Day after chemo ended the pain was ferocious. But I have survived max levels of pain from traumatic brain injury and I know we are able if we hang onto Jesus. I know of no other way to survive those levels of pain.

My prayers are with you.

SK Bruning
