This sounds a lot like meningitis and/or encephalitis

This is a VERY serious condition.

Have you been evaluated by a doctor? If so did they test you for meningitis?

If you have not been evaluated for meningitis I recommend you IMMEDIATELY go to the ER and demand that you be evaluated for meningitis
