Yes great idea on the vibration... which I haven't tried yet.. but I have used a heat pack on my liver area which I think does help encourage movement.
I think for me, the oil gets forced back up.. I notice this if I curl my knees up to my chest in the middle of the night... so the best way to avoid this is to do the modified regime of during the flush during the day... its the only way I can "stomache" the flush these days xx
