Flush #14

I recently completed what I think was flush number 14 or thereabouts producing about 5 tan stones one larger green stone and one long and disgusting worm.

I guess that's progess :-D

Must say, I seem to be getting more and more nauseaus and the worse the headaches are the more I flush... I wonder whether the further and deeper you go, the more toxic the debris and stones are?

coffee enema 24 hours afterward helped get the big stone out which was stuck inside - which was giving me the most horrible headache so that was good.
