Re: Flush #14

Hi Myroro

A couple of flushes back in history I thought I was near the end, but then unexpectedly I got quite a good and unexpected yield of stones the next time I flushed, so it gave me encouragement to keep going.

At my age (knocking at fifty) everything is slowing down... and I'm not detoxing well. Not sure if you are on the "wrong" side of forty but I think for me, being at this age means its going to take a while to "get to the bottom" of my gall bladder/liver muck.

I also have been doing pretty much standard flushes, but I'm going to increase my oil from half a cup to 3/4 to see whether that improves things. The nausea has been revolting about 3 hours post drinking - almost unbearable... and with reflux like you, I had to change the timing and start my flushing at 5.00 a.m. in the morning... so that I take my first dose of epsom at 5.00 a.m., then 7.00 a.m. and then drink the oil at 9.00 a.m. - then on my back for half an hour and then get up so that I am upright for most of the day to avoid relux until I do the epsom again later at night... this idea might work for you - it makes it marginally easier to get through the flush especially with reflux issues - and I still get results - no worse results than doing the overnight flush.
