I used to be very fussy about which salt I used. Himalayan only for a few years.
- Now I am very relaxed about it. I have a variety in my house. White, pink, grey, black salt. It is my periodic table supplement.
If someone want to roast it, coalgrill it, sit on it, turn to salt mecca before using it; sure, have no problem with it:)
Just get it in, like with iodine.
