This is why I never divulge to anyone, the particular salt I eat/take/ingest. Or the water I drink, etc. There seems to sometimes be created controversy about which salt is "best" and often some people want to try tell others what to do and argue why their salt is "better" and why the person is wrong for using the salt they mention. Sometimes both sides use a series of invalid arguments against one another. It is same for water - distilled water vs. tap water vs. spring water vs. cistern water, etc. It is same for selenium. It is same for vitamin C, some is supposedly better b/c it has flavonoids, etc. It is same for
Iodine too.
Clearly, the only reasonable position is that unless one has a lab and analyzes salt, or else has a C of A from its producer, its meaningless to say anything good or bad about some salt somebody else is using, or even how really good I think the salt I have is. Unless the exact composition of what is being compared is known, the comparison is meaningless and in case of salt it not possible to know anything about what internet people are taking in absence of knowing exact composition.
But I will never divulge which salt I use!! :)
