I don't always believe what the government says either. Sometimes they are right but not always.

Don't you think baking soda is harsh on the teeth? I was brushing with a recipe that called for it a long with potassium and calcium powder. It just seems abrasive but when I looked online a couple places said it was less damaging than some toothpastes.

I'm not a researcher. I have a lot of health problems so I'm always looking for things to help with that so it's necessary to do proper research so you know how to treat/what to buy to help.

Thanks for those sites. I'll look them up.
