Re: Delusional parasitosis
Spent half the day yesterday reading about different types of parasites, their life cycles and transmission vectors. In short I'd have to say that the longer you are alive, the more likely it is that you are harboring parasites. As we become, more and more, the dominant species of this planet, it makes sense that things will increasingly adapt to live on and within us.
Consider the results of a signifigant portion of the population shitting out their daily load on a daily basis and where that will end up, not to mention the eggs can be microscopic, passed through simple contact or even airborn.

I am 100% certain I've had worms for years now, after my reading here over the last few days. One of my fears as I start to clean them out is where they will end up. This is why I posed the general question about eliminating
parasites throughout the body a couple of days ago - including
parasites in the brain.
For myself I seek not only to clean them out (and not just out of the digestive tract - but also to cover as many bases as possible, so to speak), but to make my body anathema to them.
Pretty sure I passed a few nasty ones this morning but I'm really just getting started, will post my own situation soon.
I don't seek to be alarmist, but there is a difference between unfounded worry and being informed. Looks like a long journey.
