Thank you so much for sharing this, Faith. You, Wired and now myself have not had good luck on anti-candida diet. I hate diets in general, but after my short time on this one, I have really suffered. I really need to buy that CP powder! But for now even goat kefir is giving me bad die-off so I'm going very slow...
