Since you have Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , I would activate a couple of drops add a small amount of water and apply. Then wait 30 seconds and wipe off. I think Kalcker mentioned this in one of his videos (topical application) so I tried it the other day after feeling extreme inflammation from some cleanses I'm trying (for a few days)...and Voila!
