Re: REALLY Bad niacin flush!!!!

Everyone needs to stop listening to other people and find this out themselves. Here are the basics as I remember them at this moment and certainly nowhere near the in-depth prior posts and lengthy threads..

- A Flush is a histamine reaction to just released pathogens/toxins. Mostly seen in the skin but this occurs throughout the body
- Although antihistamines help they simply stop the immune reaction to the 'just found' critters and toxins.
- Essentially you temporarily opened the flood gates of toxins all making their way to the liver
- Repeated flushes occur because the underlying issue isn't being dealt with and toxins\mold exist in large enough quantities (possibly unable to be dealt with by the Liver) to cause restrictions in blood vessels.
- Prior posts contain the L. Ron Hubbard thoughts on this and how they tried to deal with these fallouts. Yet essentially when they tried to use this on GenPop many ended up with Liver damage. Note the use of Salt pills in 'Purification Rundown', I believe L. Ron knew about Lyme..

Essentially I recommend inositol hexanicotinate with Niacinamide (3 times the dose of inositol hexanicotinate) every 8 hours and Pectin during meals.

Slowly work your way up to 4500-6000 mg of inositol hexanicotinate per day. If you flush before that add more salt (IMAM).

But all this depends on your Liver phases being in sync, see Andy Cutler on that..

CZ search on inositol hexanicotinate:
