I read about niacin a few days ago and I have had severe Depression for about 20 years. severe sleep deprivation, bad anxiety off and on. Adrenal fatigue pretty severe I believe, ahdh as a kid and still some now at 30.
I can barely type.
I took 1000mg of niacin after stopping at the store on my way home from another 12 hour work day. Problem was, I later realized, was that I took it on an empty stomach right before I ate. This is the first time I've ever taken a high dose of B-3 and a while since I took a b-vit supplement.
