It's all been covered, when you understand what a Niacin flush is and why antihistamines can alleviate the burn you can figure out why there will be Liver damage.
But 'the White Coats' have oodles of documentation on that..

I am not anti Niacin, actually the opposite, I am anti Niacin as a quick fix to complex issues.. but honestly I bet there are over a hundred posts in a dozen threads on all the minute details of this in this forum alone..

My old ND used to say that the 'White Coat' liver function tests count the amount of dead liver cells in your blood stream. For most not married to 'White Coat' voodoo that is just a little late..

On top of it all the reason most take these silly doses is Cholesterol..
