Funny, I went through that tired, restorative sleep stage during the first few weeks. Lately, though, sleep has been more difficult but, occasionally I sleep straight thru and this is extremely unusual for me - even since childhood. Like you, Jack1977, naps are very deep. When the nights are more consistent, I think some real healing can take place - trying to be patient. The last few days/nights I have noticed that I am hungry almost constantly - keeps me up at night sometimes and a snack that would have been satisfying before (3 raw eggs or a glass of raw milk) barely makes a dent. Must be the metabolism amping up, which is welcome if that is the case.
This is all quite a ride, every week different. Don't know where I would be without the well documented experiences of the veterans here...
