low t3 thyroid, depression, what do I take?

Hello! I am new here.. I need someone to give me some advice of thyroid medicines..

I have free t3 66 range(76-181)
free t4 1.1 (.8-1.8)
tsh .79

I have depression, low body temp, digestion problems, really low blood pressure, etc.. I have been on Iodine for 5 weeks and peaked at 105mgs.. Im taking sel, b2, b3.. No improvements with depression.. I am quite desperate as I don't want to get on anti d's.. Doc put me on generic cytomel from paddock labs a few months back and within a week had swollen voicebox feeling and hard to swallow.. So got off. Then got on Lugols Iodine for 5 weeks, no results yet.. Doctor says we can try t3 cytomel generic again or I can try armour.. However she said I would see better results with the t3 only.. I was wondering since my t4 is normal, wouldn't armour bring up my t4 making me hyper, and barely help my t3, or should I just keep trying different forms of cytomel?? My hormone levels are normal btw via blood tests..

btw I am gluten free, dairy free and keep my liver and kidney in shape with herbs, I eat very healthy for almost 3 yrs.. parasite cleanses I have done as well.. I may just need this extra support in hopes I can ween off after continued healing of my gut.. Thanks in advance!!
