Hi, rainy. Actually here is very sunny these days :))))))
The first two days of the fast are easy, I have power.
The following days gets harder.
Last week I bought a membership in the local gym. I did 3-4 stressful training. My muscles need to recover and that the reason I decided not to rest only one week but some more days.
Another reason for not starting the DF is my job. I am hardly able to move after the second day. And I lose weight, my clothes do not fit me, and I look sickly.
