My dry and water fasting journey to Health - part 3


I postponed my DF for several days.
Currently I eat as much as I can but mainly vegetables, fruits, nuts, cottage cheese, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

At the end of the DF I was 70 kg. In about 2 weeks I got 6kg.
Despite my incorrect breaking I am feeling the improvements.
My nose is clean, but still running when cool outside.
Hemorrhoids have not appeared for more than a week.
I think they are cured or will be cured completely after the next DF.
My skin looks better.
The disc protrusion is much better. I can run and play with the dog and my ten years old daughter.
I control sweating during the day by fasting. I eat only in the evening and sometimes in the morning thus I can work normally, meeting people and doing may sales activities.

I still do not do bodybuilding exercises cause I believe that all my powers should be concentrated on healing.

So, I am on my fast track to success :)))))))
