Yes it sounds like Threelac isn't 100% safe anymore. That's unfortunate.

It's a process and I've been getting better over the years. I did a 100% raw Vonderplanitz diet for 2 years and now 5 years later I still drink raw milk, raw eggs, but I've stopped eating raw meat and veggie juice (inconvenient), but I really should get back to basics. I feel good now and I'm like everyone else, I like things that taste good and I like to be as "normal" as everyone else. Btw, no sign of Candida, cancer, or any other problems for years now.

Regarding Candida, I really feel that starting with 1-2 months of fruitarian and some days of (water only) fasting were the keys to developing a healthy gut flora. The parasite cleanses, liver flushes, and clean Vonderplanitz diet were also keys.
