Re: Mirena side effects
Dear Nile and Diana,
Thank you for your kind replies! My goodness floating? that must have been awful to retrieve...
My Mirena came out without a lot of trouble thank god! The hysteroscopy was tremendously painful at some point ( performed without any anesthesia) but it did not last long. It was not embedded, came out whole and I hope this will mark the turning point for me! I did feel run-over afterwards but am in a sensitive state anyway so hopefully I will start to feel relief soon. I will look into the private groups and keep you posted on my progress. Did your menstrual cycle return quickly (not looking forward to that one ;-0)I am curious what the average time is. I will definitely put no more artificial hormones in my body anymore and will keep a diary of my symptoms as you both suggested and hopefully I will be one of the lucky people that heal fast. Sorry to hear Diana, that you still experience difficult times, do you do anything special like natural hormones or
Liver Cleansing and if so did that improve your symptoms?
I have acupuncture and massages; these help sometimes and give me more energy. One more question:In the last weeks I have felt a slight pressure on my throat at thyroid level, it is very unpleasant and I have to touch the skin below (the hollow where your collarbones start)to even out his feeling, I know that sounds weird but I do not know how to describe it properly (English is not my native language) It is not painful but I was wondering if this sounds familiar to you? I will keep you posted on my future experiences.Wishing you for now, all the best!
