Re: Accurate blood pressure chart

To answer your other questions about the blood pressure readings. I use to suffer with high blood pressure (around 150/100) but after changing my diet, getting enough sleep and brisk walking daily I've managed to get it down to an average of 117/79 without any medication. In the mornings my blood pressure is about 115/75 recently.

I wouldn't worry too much about the numbers as everyone is different. What is important is that you feel better in the mornings and have more energy. New guidelines now say that any blood pressure reading above 120/80 is considered pre hypertension! Which is why I say don't follow numbers too much, the blood pressure chart you're using is probably not that accurate. Try drinking salt water and see if that helps.
