Accurate blood pressure chart

Hello all. Lately I'm having problems with my blood pressure. My blood pressure was normal before and I didn't had any problems with it. Nobody in my family had problems with BP before neither. I am 32 now. I'm not overweight (my BMI is about 25, which is still normal). My problem is that when I get up from bed in the morning my blood pressure is so low that I can barely stand up. I have no will and optimism to start a brand new day. I must immediately drink a cup of coffee to stay on my feet. But coffee plays with my stomach and I must go to the toillete right afterwards. But coffee still doesn't boost my blood pressure that much. I am now measuring my blood pressure every morning (at the same time, prior to eating - about 9:00 in the morning). I've been measuring some pretty low numbers and accoriding to this blood pressure chart my number are really low (go down as much as 90/60 mmGh) - on that blood pressure chart everything lower than 120/80 is considered low blood pressure. Are this values ok? Isn't 120/80 a perfect value? Why is 119/79 low blood pressure than? Anyway, I started exercising lately (as exercising boosts blood pressure), and I am switching to a less-salty diet. I'm hoping that my blood pressure level will rise as this is becoming very difficult and frustrating for me. What is your take on this? Do you have problems with BP too? What values of blood pressure do you get in the morning? It's probably normal that values are a bit lower (because body was in idle more for 8 hours and is still relaxed), but there must be a threshold where we say "this value is low and this value is normal). Anyway, thanks for your information and help. S
