Very sick, no answers, please help

I am 21 years old and have been sick for almost a year now. I am too unwell to work and I am mainly housebound. My symptoms began in late November of last year and slowly worstened and by late December the symptoms were severe. The symptoms I expirience are:

-Extreme fatigue and weakness
-Body aches
-Insomnia
-Lightheadedness
-Skin rashes (although I have had these since I was a baby)
-Sensitivity to noise

Generally my symptoms have stayed the same from the time they got severe (late Dec of last year) until now. They may have worstened a bit but generally they have stayed the same. I have had many tests done, but no doctor can figure out what is wrong with me. I hope somebody here may have some ideas as to out what may be going on.

I have looked into parasites already, and have done a cleanse consisting of Black-Walnut , Wormwood and cloves. I did not notice any difference in my condition upon completing the cleanse.

This seems similar to Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome but not quite.

What else could this be?
