wormwood cleanse question

Today I bought 2 bottles of Nature's Answer Black-Walnut , Wormwood , and clove complex herbal supplement. It is an alcohol free combination EXTRACT instead of an alcohol based tincture by mistake. I read that to do a parasite cleanse that it has to be the alcohol based tincture to work correctly somewhere. I live far away from the store so taking it back isn't an option and I don't have money to go buy the proper tincture. Will it kill the parasites? Please help..... Tweet
