I was too low, my diet couldnt cover my needs, or my digestion was under par and couldnt utilize it ( like weak stomach acid ) I will never know why, but I was low, especially after my pregnancies. Passed it onto my kids.
-When able to utilize magnesium, decades of symptoms like eye ticks, cramping of different kind, sleep issues etc improved. I recommend some magnesium as supplements in addition to the diet, but to find the right form of it..
