its a good illustration of G-girl's message about 100-200 mg magnesium being at high end of tolerance. Look at how much magnesium is in natural food, then ask yourself how much of that food you would normally reasonably eat in one sitting. Then figure it out on 3-meals a day that includ it. So, for these beans it would be 3 times 188 mg and a person would get over 500 mg magnesium just from the beans, per day. Then figure that you eat maybe some meat and it has mag also in it, and by this you can easily get 1000 mg magnesium in the diet daily.
but if you take the pill form like G-girl writes, then you cannot tolerate but only 1/5 th of that. so there is a message in this
