Your probably better off eating soup stock regularly. That will provide you with what your body needs and what you claim you need but cannot stand eating. Your great grand parents probably ate lots of it. The old methods are still the best IMO. Progress in this world is not always forwards!

There are substances in berries, called anthocyanins, the natural colourings of red, blue and black berries which can be used by the body to strengthen the circulatory system and also prevent collagen cross linking. They can have some excellent anti ageing effects. BTW they are anti oxidants but not just any anti oxidants. Anti oxidants are also important because inflammation is meant to be a major cause of circulatory disease.

Adding some to your diet should help to some degree.
